Senior Leadership Team

Founder and Managing Director
Jackie Brooks
Hi there, I have worked for over 32 years with vulnerable children, young people, and their families operating across the education and social care sectors. I am passionate about changing the future of children and young people who find school and life challenging.
I am a Qualified Teacher of Learning and Skills (QTLS), SENCo, Behaviour and Inclusion specialist, trained in counselling skills, and a BPS Level 7 qualified Educational Test User. Outside of TRS, you might find me leading worship or working with the young people at my local church. I also enjoy cooking, watching films, and hanging out with my goddaughters.

Deputy Head of Provision / DSL
Janee Ryan
I have had both lower and senior middle leadership roles in curriculum and in pastoral care over several years of teaching History at secondary level. Having also spent time teaching in an SEN school, I am enthusiastic about diversity and inclusion.
I have completed my Master’s Degree in Education focused on closing the educational gap for disadvantaged students from diverse ethnic backgrounds and I find purpose in making education equitable for all.
In my spare time I love travelling, photography and taking my dog for long walks - she especially loves the beach!
Family Team

Abigail Greaves
I really enjoy working with young people and have worked with children for over 20 years. I am passionate about supporting and helping young people find themselves and their passions. I believe in supporting young people that struggle with regulating their emotions in a positive way.
I really enjoy encouraging and supporting families to achieve their goals in a meaningful way.
When I am not at TRS I like spending time with my family, having a laugh, jogging, and baking.
Teachers

Ben Glazier
I am very passionate about working with children of all ages and supporting them to regulate themselves to ensure they can succeed in their future both work-based and socially.
I have worked in various education provisions;
mainstream schools, SEN schools, youth/support work, and inpatient units within CAMHS.
I strive to help all those that come into our provision. Outside of the REGULATION STATION, I enjoy listening to music and spending time with friends and family.

Emily Roberts
Hi I'm Emily. I have taught in primary schools since 2016 across all key stages. Having a passion in children's wellbeing and the development as a whole person rather than solely focusing on national curriculum aims led me to work at The REGULATION STATON.
I believe that all young people should be supported in gaining skills to move through life as emotionally intelligent people, with healthy positive relationships. Whilst I predominantly teach Key Stage 2 children here, I also work with the young people in Key Stages 3 and 4.
In my spare time I enjoy visiting friends, listening to music and dreaming of travelling!

Katie O'Connor
I have a passion for helping people which is one of the reasons I joined the Regulation Station.
I have a background of working within SEN which is where my passion stems from.
I take pride in helping others both within education and in my personal life.
Wellbeing & Learning Support

Courtney Webb
I have worked in mental health with adults and children in vast settings such as in the community and inpatients.
This includes CAMHS for the past few years.
I enjoy working with mental health. I am passionate about supporting those struggling with their mental health and feel that if I can support children with their mental health this will give them the tools to advance in life. I also love cats.

Louise Smith
I went to university as a mature student and studied Outdoor Education. I enjoy spending time outside in nature and learning about the different plants and animals that share our planet.
I am a mum to my two boys, one of whom came here as a student and enjoyed himself. It is wonderful to support young people to be proud of who they are.
I love arts and crafts and playing with my 2 little dogs.

Gracy-Mai Golby
I am passionate about working with vulnerable young children to help them achieve their goals and potential. Having worked for two years previously with children who have difficulty regulating their emotions, I have enjoyed seeing the wonderful changes that students make through support and positive relationships.
The Regulation Station is great as I get to continue to work to support children in their emotional growth. I currently work over in Corn Barn with our primary school students and really enjoy being able to find new and creative ways to explore the curriculum and our feelings.

Theresa Hirsh
I trained and qualified as a Solicitor in the City of London. I am now looking forward to using those transferable skills in the educational sector to make a difference.
As a mother my natural instinct is to nurture, support, encourage and inspire. I look forward to making positive contributions to the children's journeys as they navigate life and figure out their purpose.
I love music, fashion and football. I am also a qualified gymnastics coach and love training with my local dunstable team.

Nerhys Richards
One of the main reasons I joined The Regulation Station is due to my passion for helping people. Last year I finished my masters in Psychology, which helped me realise I want to become a therapist.
I have experience volunteering in a local alternate provision which strengthened my passion for helping people, especially children.
